MKV Chapter Editor is a tool for editing and creating chapter files that can be save to MKV. This simplifies the creation and editing of MKV chapters. It is meant to enhance the functionality provided by MKVMerge GUI. It edits the xml files that MKVMerge GUI extracts. The file can then be mixed back in to the MKV file.
